Thanks for asking. I want to help, but I'm not clear on when this is occurring. Are you trying to approve a transfer in, accept a transfer away, or order a transfer?

Sometimes on an approval, once the action is approved, further attempts to approve it come back as errors (as it is already processing).

If you are trying to purchase a transfer and have tried more than one browser, contact 24/7 Support. It may be a temporary issue, but they can help you process the request.
