I want to remove the www

My domain http://www.example.com works just fine, but when I go to http://example.com it does not.

I need http://example.com to work, but can't understand from the guides how I would do this.

Who is the web host?

GoDaddy is hosting
Domain is registered with Easily.uk, using GoDaddy’s servers

Did you connect the domain using nameservers or IP address?

If you can provide the actual domain for testing.  A screenshot of your DNS records would also be helpful.

I am not seeing an IP address for the bare domain.

Login to your Easily account and click the "D" icon for domains, then for the domain click the "D" icon which is now for DNS.
