Installed Moodle 3.1 and can't access the link

i have taken a domain name + hosting space and installed the moodle 3.1  application successfully in in a folder moodle.  but I couldn't access the link http://www.cditcourses.online/moodle/admin/

it shows :

This page isn’t working

www.cditcourses.online is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500
 
pls help me to clear this

If you look in the file manager there should be an error_log - if you look at the last line it should tell you the issue, it could be a memory issue, permissions issue or missing file

the last line of the error-log shows:

[25-Sep-2019 06:19:51 UTC] PHP Fatal error:  Cannot use 'object' as class name as it is reserved in /home/qfi3dq1fedn7/public_html/lib/setuplib.php on line 66

 (error-log has 33 lines - the above msg repeats in 33 lines)

As per this link I’m guessing you’re running PHP 7.2 on the server and that seems to be the issue. If you select a lower version of PHP it should work.
