MX Records for Zoho Mail

I have been getting a message from Zoho that my MX records aren't set up correctly. But I can't add any MX records. All I have under records is "We can't display your DNS information because your nameservers aren't managed by us."

 

I have my own hosting and recently just switched to it. They provide e-mail but I hate their e-mail, and I want to stay with Zoho. Can anyone help me get MX records placed?

Hey @bree1818,

 

It may also help to know who you're hosting the domain name with? Typically when you see a message like "We can't display your DNS information because your nameservers aren't managed by us." it means you're using third party nameservers we don't have any control over. That prevents our DNS management system from being able to allow you to make any Zone Record updates like the MX changes you're trying to accomplish.
