My custom host names have stopped resolving. How does one go about debugging this?

My custom host names have stopped resolving.  How does one go about debugging this?  I have gone to:

My Domains  -> DNS Management -> Host Names

and tried re-saving the IP addresses but i get an email saying:

"The name server modifications you requested .. have failed. "

I'm not sure where to go after this.  Anyone have an issue like this?

Re: DNS resolution down?

Hi keifler,

I have found that this error is produced when trying to add two different nameservers with the same IP.

 Example:

ns1.example.com - IP address: 74.125.202.100

ns2.example.com - IP address: 74.125.202.100

That will fail because the IPs are the same. Adding a different IP to one of the nameservers seems to work

Re: DNS resolution down?

You might need to have support resync your domain with the registry. Support should be able to help.
