It changed nameserver three days ago, but it hasn't worked. How to ping is the original IP,please help me

The DNS server provider from provided, but not this problem, the question is why did the modification have no effect, nameservers is still godaddy's

@jack12345 Sorry, it's just that the images have not been published yet. I think a mod has to approve them.

 

You are right, your domain nameservers are NS13.DOMAINCONTROL.COM and NS14.DOMAINCONTROL.COM.

 

However, it looks like your domain is parked.

 

Can you restore the default nameservers and then delete the A record that points to 50.63.202.32?

Then change the nameservers back to see if it works?

@jack12345 yes, you can, as long as you have purchased your domain 5 days before requesting a refund, according to this.
