Problem to add details to domain

Hi,

How to resolve following issue?

1 ACCEPTED SOLUTION

Email is not an 'official' venue for support at this time, you can try it and let me know.

Again the domain listed in the screenshot provided is .cn (findahome.cn), a whois search shows HuaMin Chen as owner.

The .com equivalent (findahome.com) has been registered for over 20 years now,  and the whois says it is owned by someone in Denmark.

The .cn registry requires additional verification in order to use their domains.

Hi,

Thanks to your message. My subscription to this is actually with .com, instead of .cn.

Nowadays, the support Email of GoDaddy is not supporting us well, as I prefer to use Email support, rather than calling them.

The screenshot provided shows a .cn domain.

Really I originally bought one .com domain. BTW, do you know GoDaddy is still having Email technical support?

Not officially.  It is just phone and chat currently.

Sorry, where to chat with the support?

https://www.godaddy.com/help?countryview=1

Monday – Friday, 5 am to 6 pm (GMT/UTC -7)

Scroll to the bottom of the page, the chat button only appears if someone is available.

I do not see the Chat button is available. Is there any other way to get into Chat?

If the chat button is not showing then no chat agents are available at that time.

Is there any way to escalate the Email support?

Hi,

What should the details input to the following? Any valid example to these fields?

You must upload a document showing you are a resident or business eledgeable for the domain, the information would be on your document.

Appreciated a lot!
Is it true that copy of Identity card (or Passport) can be fine to this?

This article says which documents are accepted based on the country or region.  A government issued ID or passport could be applicable.
