I made a purchase for an expiry domain Name (chapelhilldrivecoc.com) a couple of days ago. I see the charge and got the email that my order went through, but I don't see the domain name in account.
This might provide more insight on the domain expiration process and why it might take some time to receive a domain.
If that doesn't clarify where you may be at, contact support and they can give you the current domain status.
