Refund if transferring domain to another GoDaddy account?

I am transferring two GoDaddy domains to another GoDaddy account. I only renewed these domains back in September, and it was for two years. Do I get a refund for the unused portion? Or is the payment applied to the account to which I'm transferring the domains? Is the new domain owner not responsible for paying until the lease term is up?

@sklapow When you renew a domain you're referring it for the year. If you sell the domain or transfer ownership you do not receive a refund for any of the annual registration.
