Registered a domain and can't access DNS. Say, "the zone file is temporarily unavailable."

I registered a domain this morning but cant access the DNS. I get this message ...

 

The zone file is temporarily unavailable. If this problem continues, please contact customer support.

Hi @icanbe. Welcome to GoDaddy Community!

 

There are a couple reasons why you might see this error. The most common is that the domain's nameservers are pointed to another hosting provider. If that's the case, you'll need to modify your DNS with that provider. If you're using GoDaddy nameservers and are seeing this error, then there might be an issue with your domain's zone file. In that case, you'll need to reach out to our support team so they can take a look at what's going on. Hi,

The zone file on new domains is temporary unavailable while the GoDaddy system properly registers the domain and creates the DNS zone.

Check back in a few minutes and it should be there, if not contact support.
