My domain transfer is stuck for the last 15 days. As per go daddy the transfer process is 7 days. They have published a document stating that the transfer can be re initiated. I have been calling up the call center for the last 4 days and checking. The call center agent says he cannot initiate re transfer, cannot escalate and i dont have an option to complain about their service.
