Transferred domain not showing in Domain Manager or My Products

Hi,

 

One week ago I transferred domain from 1&1 to godaddy, and today I recieved e-mail from transfers@godaddy.com that "Your transfer request is complete. Congratulations! We've completed the transfer request for the following domain names: ..."

 

I logged in but there is nothing in my Domain Manager. My Products page is also empty.

 

I called their support but their representative told me that he see my domain in the list and that I should change the browser or delete the cache.

 

- I tried with all popular browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, 2018 updated versions, all extensions and addons disabled),

- I tried with a different computer (laptop),

- I tried with a mobile phone on mobile phone internet network and mobile phone browser,

- I tried with a clean installed IE without any addons,

 

NOTHING! My domain is still not showing.

 

Is there any way I can FINALLY see it in my account???

Hopefully your domains are now in your account. If not, you will want to reach out to our support team. Without a domain name or access to your account, it's difficult to determine the issue via our forums.
