I tried transferring a domain into Godaddy and it failed. I was charged and the fund is not returned to my account. I want the fund back.

No one in the volunteer Community forums have access to your account in order to process a refund. If the transfer did not complete, it's usually eligible for a refund, but must be done by the customer support team.
GoDaddy has phone support available at the numbers here: x.co/247support. If calling isn't an option for you, please try the live chat available Monday-Friday from 5am-6pm Arizona time (MST) on the US/English home page (https://www.godaddy.com/help/contact-us).
I can't chat with the support as it's always "unavailable" which is very bad. I want my fund into my card.
