    Trying to transfer a ".game" domain and am getting "Domains with this extension aren’t transferable"

    Hi, I'm trying to transfer a ".game" domain to Godaddy but getting the "Domains with this extension aren’t transferable" message.

     

    Why would a domain with this extension not be transferable? Will they be transferable in the future? I couldn't find any answers in the forums or elsewhere.

    Thanks for posting. As of 8/23/17, GoDaddy no longer accepts new registrations or transfers-in for .game domain names, you can read more about that here. Sorry for the confusion.
