I've updated my contacter preference several days ago, also changed
my domain default preference settings.
But the two domains which was being registered newly, your program
is still using my old preference settings in whois contact.
Obviously, I am being requested to verify the whois contact information
through the old email-address. It has already been canceled. It can not
being accessed anymore.
So, I tried to get your support. Guess what, I am being shocked that
The Godday Groups which is the Best RA in 2018 has never provide any
supporting-service for their clients in a online way.
Then I tried to edit the info to fixing this problem by myself. Okay, It's
great, I have to verify both two email-address now.
Why would that be so difficultly to get your supporting?
Do you guys hate your customers so much that never want talk with them totally?

Please be aware that the Contact Preferences and the Domain Defaults (both under your profile settings) are not the same. Only the latter will determine what address is on your domains upon registration. The former will be used for payment and account verifications.
