Verify Payment Method

When i go to bid on a auction, i am presented with the message that i needto verify my paypal. This seemed easy enough, but when i entered my name, last name and paypal email address, it says i need a verified payment method. What does this mean and how can i have a verified payment method?

You can check the article below for the accepted payment methods in a GoDaddy account. (Payment via PayPal is only supported in United States Dollars within select countries/regions.)
