Hi! I have a few people who work at my office who's custom domains aren't redirecting properly when you search for them on google. These domains redirect fine when you type them in, but when you google these agents you get an error message. This is a portion of the message that appears:
This server could not prove that it is www.batesonrealestateteam.com/; its security certificate is from shortener.secureserver.net. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection.
If you type in batesonrealestateteam.com, it works fine, but when you click on the top google result for 'Bateson Real Estate Team', it doesn't work. Any advice on how to stop the error page from appearing?

This is because the domain forwarding from GoDaddy does not support HTTPS - as in they don't have the SSL certificate configured for every single domain that is being forwarded - This agent must have had a full website before and this also why the pages are coming up not found

The listing has https instead of http, unfortunately forwarding is not compatible as it does not use SSL.
You can check with the people who manage kw.com if they can handle the redirect. Another option is to add the domain(s) to a hosting account along with SSL certificates, and make the redirect there.
