If you have more than one account with us, you may be looking in the wrong place. When the domain was registered or renewed, you would have been emailed a receipt. Please find and check that invoice (may be in your spam folder) to confirm the account number in which the domain was purchased. If you're not able to find the domain there, please contact GoDaddy support to determine the domain status.
