The order was placed in a different account than your currently logged into. Check your order history to make sure you're in the correct account. You can also find account numbers on order confirmation emails.
Registration error. This isn't very frequent but can happen.
If you know the order was processed and that you're in the right account (using the information above) then it's very possible that there was an issue with the domain registration.
