Trying to delegate access to allow another to maintain DNS records.
On the Delegate Access page I enter data in both required fields, select "Manage Products" and click on "Invite". Then a red banner stripe appears saying "error creating invitation".
Subsequently returning to this page, a message is displayed that the delegation is pending.
Was there an error and the invitation was not sent? Or is it working and the error message was not appropriate?
That is a question better directed at our live support team as they will be a better able to review status of the delegate invite sent out for your account. Since this is a public forum, no one here is going to have access to the account to confirm what actually happened.
