The answer with @MrVapor is great, to register domain names for each country you are representing. The linked article will advise you of the requirements for each country's registration.

Another option would be to create subdomains to direct to each relevant area of your website for that market. For example: 

bahrain.pipefitting.in
kuwait.pipfitting.in
oman.pipefitting.in
...and so on.
