i bought a domain (http://www.quotesbooks.com/) yesterday. and also set proper Nameservers but still it's not working. please help me to solve issue.

Hi, I have same problem for my website ( www.croatiaguletcruises.com ) 
I wonder that is this depents my ip region or depents where ı bought my domain or depents server problem. I am so confused !
And My second question is I am not sure how much successful .online domains on search rankings ?
Is domain types effect to rankings ?

Currently I'm not seeing any issue with the domain resolving to a live site from my end. I think it might have been a matter of propagation time for both you and @snadeepsolanki2 which generally takes 24-48 hours (depending on your region of the world) to complete updates. 

As for your second question, I can't say for certain as I'm not an SEO expert. However, that might be an interesting topic of discussion for our SEO Forum if it's not already being discussed. Personally I have not heard of Search Engine rankings giving favor towards new gTLD domains like .online as I understand they often base their results on content.
