problem about "Domain Buy Services"

i have already paid for the "Domain Buy Services"., the status always showed "Pending Seller Info" and the "Starting Offer" and "Maximum Offer"  is showed zero amount and cannot change the filed. do you have any idea what happen is it

i have already sent a email to domainbuy@godaddy.com on 20 Jan 2017, and didn't receive any reply. what's the next step i can do.
