Hi, thank you davidquine for joining the GoDaddy community. If your domain was recently registered, some TLDs may require additional time to be delivered to your account. You may also want to check the receipt emailed to you to be sure you are accessing the correct customer number. I also recommend you clear the cache of your browser as well, or access the account and domain manager by using a private/incognito browsing window. If the problem persists after that, reach out to GoDaddy support team so that they can troubleshoot this with you.
