.ro domain hosted by goDaddy

Hello guys!

I have an external bought domain which is a .ro domain. I see that goDaddy does not allow me to buy a .ro domain and now it comes my question: if I already bought the domain from another provider, is it possible to have a hosted site by goDaddy, but with the domain bought from another seller? Does goDaddy support hosting a .ro domain?
I don't really know how this things work so I'm sorry for my dumbass question, but as much as I try to configure my site, it constantly appear the error message "The site can't be reached"|
