    Transfer in or out of GoDaddy?

    I get a message when I try to move the domain.

    "Domains with this extension aren’t transferable"

     

    Is there a way to transfer the domain?

    Hi @kouta,

     

    Welcome to the COmmunity!

     

    Transfers of .TW domains to a GoDaddy account are not supported. 

     

    Transfers OUT of GoDaddy must be to a NeuLevel-accredited registrar. You will need to contact our customer support in order to escalate a request for the Authorization code for transfer.
