365 Email Essentials - Cannot Send E-mail Using Office Web Client (Can only receive)
For some reason I cannot send e-mails to external mail providers (Gmail, Yahoo etc etc) using my newly purchased mail essentials.
I get the following error when trying to send to any external email address :
Generating server: HK0PR03MB3714.apcprd03.prod.outlook.com
Remote Server returned '550 5.7.708 Service unavailable. Access denied, traffic not accepted from this IP. For more information please go to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=526653 AS(8561) [HK0PR03MB3876.apcprd03.prod.outlook.com]'
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.
At first I imagined this could be to do with SPF issues, but then I saw that when purchasing the mail essentials from Godaddy, it looks like SPF was already setup for my domain "tayoyanghospital.com"
Note: I can receive e-mails to my new inbox on office365, but no sending.
