ASP.NET Email Operation Timeout

Something changed today, my client said they went from POP to IMAP, not sure what that means, but our ASP.NET code stopped working for sending out emails.  I've tried every port and setup I can think of and I'm getting "Operation Timeout"

web.config

<smtp from="support@creop.com">
   <network host="smtpout.secureserver.net" port="465" userName="support@creop.com" password="XXXXX" enableSsl="true" />
</smtp>

Here is the SmtpClient code snippet.

SmtpClient smtp = new SmtpClient();
smtp.EnableSsl = true;
smtp.Timeout = 10000;
smtp.Send(email);

Any ideas.  If I try it with the old settings, without SSL and port 80, I get:

"Unable to read data from the transport connection: net_io_connectionclosed"

Help!?
