Our organization has 12 email addresses. Recently, the one I use is locked due to exceeding the smtp relay limit. I've never been over the limit before so I'm not sure what happened. Also, shouldn't the lockout only be for one day? I did have a bunch of error messages in the last couple of weeks where I suspect someone was using the account to send spam, I suppose.
Please advise on how I can get my email unlocked and how to know whether someone has been using my email address to send spam. The other organizational emails don't seem to have been affected. I t also seems that I'm no longer receiving emails at the copy to address I set up. I actually have been using the master account to access it.
