we already made the payment and renewal of existing services but still the email cant receive and send email, can anyone help?

No email sounds frustrating. Had the domain or services expired before your renewal? If so, you may have to restore settings or re-propagate them. For help with your specific account, please contact 24/7 Support at the link below. They can probably solve this the fastest.
