Can't Receive Emails for Domain registered on Namecheap and hosted on Godaddy

Hi, I recently moved my hosting to godaddy and haven't been able to figure out to solve issues with emails. I have created an email for my domain it can send mail but unfortunately can't receive one.

I have looked up and tried many solutions posted on godaddy community as well as youtube but nothing has solved the issue.

Can someone please suggest the correct settings like the MX record and if email routing needs to happen to Remote Mail Exchanger or Local Mail Exchanger

My domain for reference is: mrvirk.com

thanks

Hi, thank you mrvirk for joining the GoDaddy community. I think the server is rejecting the emails. If that happens, a bounceback message is generated by the GoDaddy server and sent to the sender who's message got rejected. To resolve your issue, please follow this setting.

1 - Go to Configure Mail Client => Manual Settings => in Incoming Server  .. copy server

Secure SSL/TLS Settings not end in your domain
 2 - Go to MX
select your domain Add New Record

paste it in Destination

click on add new record

For cPanel email to work properly you will need to have the following inserted into the DNS.

A Record

Name = mail

Points to = [I.P. Address of your cpanel]

MX record

Name = @

Point to = mail.[your-domain-name.tld]

To make these changes to your GoDaddy hosted DNS zone file, it will require that the Nameservers on your domain are pointed to GoDaddy.

I hope this works.
