I logged to my webmail;
I can receive but cannot send; I get the following msg:
Sorry, there was a problem sending your message. Please check your network connection and try again.
I have good internet connection and I can send from Outlook.
PS: I live outside the US so calling godaddy support ain't really my solution; I can't find anywhere ticket support; will need to wait for chat support.
