Changing the permissions on Share point site

**PLEASE HELP🙏🏽**

I need to create a share point site that can be shared with ANYBODY that has the link. My current permissions state that "my organization is preventing you from selecting this option" when attempting to clink on the option "Anyone with the link". How do I change this?

Hi @Brettnaylor,

Welcome to the Community!

Were you able to get this set up for SharePoint? Here's an article from Microsoft that should get you started with the process - or at least get you pointed in the right direction with the Microsoft help docs.

Hi @TLH

At GoDaddy>Microsoft 365 Admin>Advanced Admin Centers> Sharepoint and OneDrive I have set the most permissive external sharing permissions i.e. Anyone---Users can share files and folders using links that don't require sign-in.

On OneDrive when I share a folder with Änyone with link can edit" without expiry/password the link can still not be opened without a Microsoft account (on clicking the link the user is taken to the Microsoft sign-in page).

Can you please help?
