Email Not Sending, it seems as if it was sent, but the recipient never receives it.
First of all, I apologize if you already have a dedicated thread for this, but I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue and if you know of a solution for this.
Basically, whenever I send emails from my account, it seems as if it was sent, but the recipient never receives it. I tried testing it and emailing it to my gmail account as well to see if that's what was going on and I didn't receive it either.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone know of a solution for this?
Hi @BrinoS87. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community! There are a number of things that could cause the issue you're seeing. I'd suggest providing the following information to give other community members the best chance of offering a solution:
Email service you're using
Are any rejection notices received?
Is the email working for anyone at all? Has it ever worked?
Have you checked the junk/bulk folder for the address you're sending to?
Adding the above and any other pertinent information you can think of might help others respond.
