Email forwarding rejected

Hello, I setup email forwarding in Outlook 365 Web, but after 2 tests, it did not forward, and it immediately displays this message:

 

Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.

I called them and they sent me a link to easily fix this problem. Now how do I delete this post. I don't see a delete button anywhere.
