Based on your MX records from LeafDNS, you're using Workspace email. Is that correct? This is usually just a simple fix that needs to be corrected in cPanel itself.
Log into your cPanel and go to Email Routing. Select your domain and make sure it's set up Remote Mail Exchanger if you're not using cPanel email itself.
That usually sorts this issue but if this doesn't correct the issue, let us know.
