Email malfunction

our mail was working find (sent / receive ) until 2 days ago we receive fine but when sending mail it appear that mail was sent from sent item but in end (the receiver ) is not receiving any mail

the email disappear

Hi @AhmedKoosha. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community! Situations like this can be difficult to troubleshoot, especially if there are no bounceback messages indicating if the message was rejected by the receiving server. The most likely scenario is that the IP address for the email server you're sending from is on an RBL (real-time blackhole list). You will probably need to get in touch with our support team to find out if that is actually happening or not.
