Email not forwarding

Hey guys, I'm not a novice by no means, but this makes me look like one.

I have purchased a domain name, and registed around 10 email address to my domain for forwarding purposes. 

I am in the Workspace control  centre, and they are all forwarded to my same google email address.

When sending emails from another account to any of my newly created domain accounts, they are in my sent box, but they do not arrive at my gmail account??? Any ideas?

Also when I go to 'My Products' tab, and go to 'sign in' on the workspace email section, this wont work either? It says having trouble signing in, please wait before trying again?/

Cant believe something so straight forward should cause so many problems.
