Email not working after domain connected to Wix

Hello, 

 

I am using Wix to build my site and connected my Domain name to Wix. I'm a bit of a novice, so at the time, ALSO created a Wix Mailbox with another address @ mydomainname. Now, my paid GoDaddy custom email address (office365) and my Wix email (G-Suite) @ mydomainname are not working and I can't access. 

 

To make more complicated, I am not waiting for my domain transfer to be completed to Wix as well.

 

Please help! Has anyone encountered this?

Hello @jmbissonnette!

 

Thank you for posting. It sounds like you may have made changes to the MX records for your domain. This would cause your email to stop working. You can only specify one set of MX records for your domain. If you'd like to continue using our email, you'd need to set your MX records back to ours.
