Email not working for new user which was created yesterday

Hi,

        I had created a user for my email account last week and it worked fine. However, I created another user yesterday which is not working. I don't see any incoming/outgoing mails though I've sent test mails both incoming/outgoing from godaddy mail id as well as gmail. Can anyone from the GoDaddy support team help me? I need this mail to be functional ASAP.
