Email quota problem

Hi, 

 

i get the "The e-mail message could not be delivered because the user's mailfolder is full." error message from Godaddy mailserver.

 

But, that user is using just 4MB, while 33MB is set for his account. I am sending the plain text mail to him.quota.png

 

When i go to edit account - i get that his quota is 33MB, but 0 available.

Does anyone have an idea what could be the problem and how to solve it?

Hi @Alex45. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community! The quota available issue means that all of the available storage for the email plan that the address is part of has been used. However, the information showing that only 4MB is being used should be accurate. I'd access the email just to be sure it's not full. There should be another indication of how much storage the address is using within the webmail interface. If you continue to have this issue and the box is not full, then I'd suggest contacting our customer care team so they can take a closer look.

tried to login, too. Quota indicator shows the same value as in control panel
