Emails for to SPAM

All of our emails we send externally are going straight into the recipient's junk/spam box.  We are using an Office 365 product.  Emails we send to each other with the same domain name are being received ok though.

Is your SPF record set to "allow" Office 365 - that is the first thought that comes to mind.

No, I didn't - do I do that with Microsoft or GoDaddy?

Here is the default SPF to configure in your DNS for Office 365

v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all

Re: Emails for to SPAM

I have validated in the Go Daddy DNS Management this was already present.  Any other ideas why we might be going to spam?

There isn't anything else I can think of - is it all people on all domains going to spam or just people at a certain company or certain system??
