Emails not loading and Cannot Receive Emails

None of my users can load their emails from Workspace and the other users who access through a mail client cannot receive any new emails. Kindly advise!

I am still having issues loading my emails.  Has this been resolved yet?

Are you looking online at your web interface? I am having problems with all my email being marked as spam so it is going to the Bulk folder.


hello we cant use our mail boxes. it doesnt open at all. I hope you are avare of it and will solve it soon.


I am also having this problem. With the native email client that came with my new Samsung 7, I could see that I received an email, but it didn't load.


I downloaded a new client from the Google Play store, and now I'm not even seeing certain emails in that client that I know for a fact were received by GoDaddy servers.


Additionally, senders who as marked as Preferred, are ending up in Bulk Mail in GoDaddy's email client!!


It's truly frustrating.
