None of my users can load their emails from Workspace and the other users who access through a mail client cannot receive any new emails. Kindly advise!
I am also having this problem. With the native email client that came with my new Samsung 7, I could see that I received an email, but it didn't load.
I downloaded a new client from the Google Play store, and now I'm not even seeing certain emails in that client that I know for a fact were received by GoDaddy servers.
Additionally, senders who as marked as Preferred, are ending up in Bulk Mail in GoDaddy's email client!!
It's truly frustrating.
