Focused inbox not available for this one specific user's account.
I have a user with Win10Pro & Outlook 2016 who has Office 2016 Version 1708 Build 8431.2215 Click-To-Run and I cannot figure out how to get Focused Inbox turned on for this installation.
It is enabled in the OWA and I enabled it site wide using Powershell as well as enabling the Modern Authentication.
At this point, I am at an impasse as to why I cannot get this setting enabled for this installation. I've even gone so far as to use Revo Uninstaller Pro to uninstall Office, removed the profile from AppData, and removed some registry data. What should I do next?
