Forwarding emails and available domains

I have several domains.  Yesterday I purchased another, and today set up some forwarding emails.  In the dialog one of the questions is along the lines of what domain to use, and it has a drop down.  The dropdown only listed a single domain, and not only was it not the domain I wanted to use, but it was a domain that I plan to let expire.  What advice do you have?

Sometimes the dialog box where the drop down is will also allow you to type directly into it even though it doesn't look like it will allow for complete manual entry.  Also, if you have several email plans, you might have to select the actual plan that is associated with the domain name.
