GEM Log in Problem

I bought one Email Marketing Plan . After setting up everything , while i log in my godaddy dashboard n click Manage option of that Service , its asks me to log in again to Gem panel but when i input my log in info there , it doesnt allow me to log in rather the page only refreshes . 

I cleaned History & Cookies .
I talked to Support , took another plan but facing same problem .

I dont really understand where the hell is the problem !!!

I would recommend trying to launch into your GEM plan through a private browser and see if it lets you in. You can do this by following these directions. If it still won't let you in, please call the Tech Support Team and have them take a look at it. I hope this helps!
