Hi @User36. Welcome to GoDaddy Community! I was able to test the Windows 10 mail client with a Workspace Email plan and was able to send/receive messages. However, my initial setup did not work. I had to remove the account and then use the "Advanced setup" to set up my connection. Once I did that, the connection worked without issue. Try using the advanced setup and confirming you're using the correct server/port settings. Hope that helps.
