Having trouble with Microsoft Mail - won't send

I'm setting up a new computer which has Microsoft Mail on it.  I've setup my email but it only sends emails - it will not receive emails.  Incoming server is set at  Is the incoming server wrong? That's how I had it setup in Outlook.

It's been my experience that this usually comes down to the domain not having the correct MX records. If you're indeed using Workspace Email, here is what you should use:

  • US plans: and
  • EU plans: and
  • AP plans: and

I suggest that you check which email service you're on and double check your domain's MX Records. If that doesn't help, be sure to follow up here. Others may have additional suggestions.
