How to change from GoDaddy mail server to my Hosting company's server

Hello,

I have been going back and forth with SiteGround bc my email will not work. They think it is bc of GoDaddy's server, and the MX records of my domain are pointed to it. I tried to find where I could change the name of the server (SiteGround says it has to be changed on GoDaddy's end). I cannot figure out where to change the DNS. A designer set this up for me, but he is on vacation, help!

Thank you!

Sue

Your MX Records are controlled by your host. Your DNS (GoDaddy) only handles only your domain name. Without a mail host, there is nowhere to send and receive the mail from!

hello, I get this message when i try to reply a sent mail to my office 365 email:

"Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain domain.com bydomain.com. [5.10.68.188].

The error that the other server returned was:
