How to merge all of my Gmail email into another inbox?

I have an email account in GoDaddy... let's call it  me@mydomain.com. I also have an email account with google (me.mydomain@gmail.com). What I would like to do is merge all the inbox from the GMail account in me@mydomain.com. Preferably into a new folder (GMail), but into existing inbox would work too.  Ideas?

Fair Warning: I have never tried this myself, so I don't know how easy it is to do or how well it will work.

If you try it, let us know if that works. There may be others who want to do something similar.
